SWIMMING POOL ENTRANCE
1. - The swimming pool is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
2. - The pools are operated in line with the filling and discharging schedule.
3. - The swimming pool entrance is possible only with a valid ticket. By the ticket purchase you accept and must obbey the operating rules of Margita - Ilona swimming pool.
4. - The visitor is responsible for the ticket storage.
Swimming pool entry ban
1. - It is forbidden to enter the swimming pool to people who suffer from fever, eyes irritation, infective diseases, people in quarrantine or people under the influence of alcohol and other banned substances.
2. - The person disobbeying the above mentioned or the one whose behaviour is inacceptable or disturbing will be asked to leave, or escorted out of the swimming pool without any refund right. In case of further disobeyance the pool responsibles will ask the assisstance of the police.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS
1. - Changing rooms are available for visitors - by the kids pool and by the pool for swimmers.
2. - MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. takes no responsibility for visitors belongings stored in safety cabinets. In case of all of the safety cabinets being used, the visitor may story his belongings at the camping reception free of charge.
3. - 3 - The visitor is obliged to have a clean basing clothing4. -
4. - The visitors are obliged to keep the general hygienic rules and behave in a way that is not disturbing to others.
5. - The visitors must obbey the lifeguardīs and the MARGITA - ILONA company employees instructions. The visitor disobeying these instructions violates these operating rules and will be escorted outside the pool premises without any refund right.
6. - Children under the age of 12 may enter only under the suppervision of a person older than 18 years. The supervisor is responsible for the child during the whole stay at the swimming pool.
7. - In case of bad weather (storm, hail, extreme wind) will be the visitors asked to leave the pools area and/or the swimming pool for safety reasons.
8. - The visitors are adviced to be coucious on wet floors and wet surfaces. MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. takes no responsibility for any possible injuries..
9. - Water attractions (water slides) may be used only for purposes intended. The use of these is only on your own responsibility.
10. - MARGITA-ILONA, s.r.o. may make image and video - audio recordings. By making these, the company keeps in mind the appropriate rights of the visitors as well as the least possible interfeering with their privacy rights.
11. - The last possible swimming pool entrance is 50 minutes prior to closing.
It is FORBIDDEN at the swimming pool area:
1. - Behave in a manner that endangeres safety and order or the noice may disturb others.
2. - Jump into the pools.
3. - Screem without any serious reason.
4. - To immerge one another, to throw other people into the pool, to run around the pool edges.
5. - Trespassing, or entering prohibited premisses.
6. - Fail the babysitting of children under 6 years of age.
7. - To store glass tools by the pools.
8. - To drink, to eat, to smoke in the area surrounding the pools.
9. - To wear shoes in the area surrounding the pools.
10. - To bring dogs, or other animals to the swimming pool.
11. - To play ball games outside the area dedicated to these games.
12. - To enter deeper waters for non-swimmers.
13. - To enter the pools or other water attractions under alcohol exposure or other banned substances.
